Bondsmen and runners cannot enter the homes of third parties to apprehend a fugitive. State v. Mathis, 509 S.E.2d 155 (N.C. 1998).

Anthony if I meet all these qualification except I am not a resident of NC but VA then can I get my BEA license.

I did my pre-licensing through the NC Bail Agents Association. They have a class every month or so on the NC State campus.
